accepting new clients

Accepting yourself for who you are and connecting to your own wisdom and strength is what motivates me as a therapist. I believe that every person has the innate capacity to become the best version of themselves. Together we will find unique strategies to help you move toward your goals and work through challenges, while becoming a better friend to yourself.
I’m inspired by courage – especially the courage to take responsibility for one’s mental health – from day-to-day difficulties to deeper, overwhelming experiences. I have a particular interest in helping people who have experienced trauma. I am warm and supportive, while also engaged with the science behind how we will support your body, emotions and mind move towards change and well-being.

You will be met with dignity, compassion, and respect. My approach to therapy is collaborative and integrative, which means we will work together to find an effective approach that fits for you. I care about connection, creating safe spaces and encouraging curiosity about your unique life experiences as we chart a path to health and wholeness.
in my spare time you will find me...
scuba diving with sharks, hiking with my dog
A question that guides me is...
am I following my values?
what I want to ask every client is...
how can we make this a meaningful experience for you?
