what has life thrown at you?

I bet it hasn’t been easy. I can support you through it. I can also help you move towards a rich and meaningful life, based on what’s important to you. Therapy based in mindfulness, acceptance and self-compassion aims to help you put down the war with yourself and find a way forward with an open heart. With the right support, many things are possible.
I bring almost a decade of mindfulness experience to my professional practice. I draw upon acceptance, compassion, and somatic work to help you feel more at home in your mind and in your body. Taking a collaborative approach that holds your needs at the centre is important to me. So is building on your strengths and natural wisdom.
I help clients with trauma, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, prenatal and postpartum challenges, transitions, and the randomness of life reclaim their sense of wellbeing. I practice from an anti-oppressive, anti-racist, trauma-informed framework and can create a space for integrating somatic practices to heal racialized trauma. I will help you to face what hurts the most, build a sense of friendship with yourself, and take action on the things that are meaningful for you.
