supervision groups

supervision, seminars and community building for therapists

support for therapists

We are a small supervision group community with common interests in experiential, mindful, somatic and trauma focused therapies.

Join with a monthly subscription of $85. Your membership includes clinical supervision groups, educational and community building events, and participation in our membership site for therapy professionals.

Our groups are lead by an experienced supervisor with nearly 20 years’ experience in front line nonprofit and private practice clinics; educator in university and organizational settings.

how supervision group membership works

get to know a core group of trusted peers

Our supervision group membership is limited to 20 members, with a limit of 8 people per meeting – so you will get to know the full 20 members over time as you attend different meetings. Building real relationships with our fellow therapists is a vital source of resilience in this work.

flexible supervision group meeting times

There are three online 90-minute supervision group meetings per month. Members may RSVP in advance for one group meeting per month, and may attend additional meetings if there are spots available.

When unable to attend any meeting in a given month, members may register for two meetings in the following month when possible. This system allows some flexibility about when you attend, while building trust with a core group of members.

member profiles and message boards

Keep the conversation going! Learn about one another’s practices, ask the group a question and share resources using the discussion board.

biweekly seminars for additional learning and community

Supervision group members may also join any of the biweekly Community Seminars for further conversation at no extra cost. These events are not supervision hours, but they are a great support for learning and expanding your peer community.

key facts

supervised by Oona Fraser, M.A.,R.P.

I’m an experienced supervisor with nearly 20 years in practice in front line nonprofit and private practice clinics, and as a clinical educator in university and organizational settings. I have particular experience in trauma-specific therapy, intimate partner violence, and neurodivergence-affirming practice.

Able to supervise clinicians working in most models, my focus in in process-based, experiential therapies including Somatic, Mindfulness-based (incl. ACT, CFT, IFS), Gestalt, Emotion-focused, Attachment-based, Relational and Existential work.

Our supervision groups are participatory and draw on our collective wisdom. I encourage particular attention to the foundations of presence, relational contact, collaboration and use of self that are the foundation of successful therapeutic work.
