Expanding our capacity…
I believe that there is nothing one can endure or do that places you beyond human dignity, or being met with love and care.
Therapy with me is a collaborative and compassionate space that we create together. We take a pause from the busyness of everyday life to slow down and gently explore what is alive for you in the present moment. You will feel supported as we become curious about your experiences and let go of judgment, which makes space for the complexity, multiple truths, and contradictions that can coexist within you – especially those creating enormous tension between your inner and outer life.
My own identity and lived experiences have developed my ability to honour people’s unique cultural contexts and histories. I am especially drawn to those who feel unsettled, stuck, or find themselves struggling in their relationships with others or with aspects of themselves.
I see healing as an ongoing process of gradually expanding our capacity to meet life’s challenges with greater understanding, flexibility, and self-compassion. We’ll work toward meaningful, lasting changes that continue to support you long after our time together.
