When do you feel most authentically yourself?
I believe that therapy is a mutually creative process where we can slow down, awaken our curiosity, and discover new ways of moving through life’s challenges. Therapy with me is inquisitive, collaborative and creative. As a multi-disciplinary artist, I bring an experiential approach to my work, especially for people who have found traditional talk therapy limiting or who struggle to put their experiences into words.
Creative practice has taught me the value of exploring different approaches and broad interests to replenish inspiration, gain fresh perspective, and embrace experimentation as a path for growth. I bring that same spirit into therapy as we explore the patterns that keep you feeling stuck, make space for complex emotions, and hold the possibility that more than one truth can exist at the same time.
My approach is rooted in relational care and shaped by my lived experiences as an artist, educator, and physically disabled person. These experiences have taught me that our mental health is deeply connected to the social and systemic contexts we live within. I enjoy working with queer and disabled clients, artists and creatives, and people of diverse experiences. My hope is to create a space where you are seen, supported, and free to reconnect with your creativity, strengths, and new possibilities for healing.
