accepting new clients
I approach therapy as a sacred and relational space…
With over 20 years of experience supporting individuals through trauma, transition, chronic pain and spiritual inquiry, my practice weaves together mindfulness, somatic presence, and deep listening — grounded in respect for each person’s innate wisdom.
I’m especially drawn to support those navigating grief, identity transformation, abuse recovery, spiritual harm, and the complexities of living in bodies that hold pain — visible or invisible. This includes women and nonbinary folks, LGBTQ+, racialized clients, and anyone seeking reconnection and resilience.
My training in contemplative movement, somatics, and Buddhist traditions allows me to support people beyond cognition — through the body, through presence, and through care.
I don’t aim to fix what’s broken, but to witness what’s unfolding. Beneath everything, I believe each person holds the goodness, strength and creativity they need – it is always an honour to help you connect with it.
