A space to pause...
The healing process begins with the ability to pause, observe what you are experiencing and make sense of it – this is a space of warmth, honesty and curiosity that you might be longing for. From here we can build new paths that better serve the person you are today.
My approach to therapy blends advanced training in psychodynamic therapies with mindfulness-based approaches, grounded in decades of experience practising and teaching meditation and yoga. These are practices that bring depth to our lives, warmth to our relationships, and connect us to our own capacity for insight.
I am particularly passionate about working with relational traumas, the challenges of parenting and family relationships, with young adults and people looking to make sense of their difficult childhoods. I understand the complex realities of navigating cultural identities – my lived experience as an immigrant informs my ability to help people with diverse life experiences feel seen, understood, and supported.
Therapy with me is a collaborative process that unfolds at your own pace, in a space of care, honesty, and curiosity. Together we will explore not only your struggles but also your strengths, hopes, and what makes your life meaningful.
