What is your version of a meaningful life?

My approach to therapy is grounded in the present moment. What unfolds in the here and now  – in your body, emotions, and thoughts – is one of the most valuable sources of information we can bring attention to. This can help you reduce overwhelm and reconnect with a deeper sense of safety and meaning. This mindful inquiry can also help you understand your emotions, soften old patterns, and feel more at home in yourself.

I believe in the power of a good conversation, especially one that stretches to include more of who we are.

You may be finding yourself at a crossroads in life. Whether through a change in circumstances – such as the ending of a relationship, the loss of a loved one or a recent diagnosis – a shift in identity, or the sense of something new emerging. These moments can be deeply influential, and therapy can provide support as you look for new ways of relating to life and making sense of where you are now.

Outside the therapy room, my work is shaped by my own long-term mindfulness practice, which informs how I understand the path to healing. Our sessions can include conversations about meaning, purpose or existential questions if that’s important to you – always from an open-hearted, inclusive place.
